Chef and the City: Working late. So late dinner. Rather quick. 15 mins start to finish. Pan fried the #wildsalmon for 1 minute on each side. Remove from pan and allow to rest. Sautéed some #dicedonions add the #choppedasparagus and #pakchoi #season with #nampla #oystersauce #darksoysauce and #chilliflakes #add the #prawns and a dash of water cook for 5mins and all done. Mixed through some picked #coriander and #choppedchives
