Chef and the City: #tgifridays welcome the #weekend. Last few days of #nationalpieweek this is my #hypocrite #vegetarianpie because I added #ladons yes very naughty. #puffpastry scored the edges about 15mm around. In the middle spread some #pesto and sprinkle grated #parmesan to which I added #sauteedwildmushrooms #artichoke #sundriedtomato and the optional ladons. Baked in the oven at 180 degrees centigrade till the pastry started to brown. Finish with fresh #basilleaves happy Friday people.Sorry for the inconvenience…
